Palma Real is located within walking distance from the high rise hotels and Palm Beach with nice restaurants and bars. From the apartment, with balcony you have a great view over Noord and the hotels.



The apartment has a large living room equipped with digital television and aircondition, a full equipped kitchen and a large bedroom. Also in the bedroom is a digital television and split-unit aircondition. From the bedroom you can enter the walk in closet and bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen is provided with warm water. In the apartment you can make use of the washer and dryer.



On the front of the apartment is a large private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset and the cool breeze on Aruba.



Rental Prices*:

High season December 1st - March 1st and July 1st - September 1st:

Week price: $ 650,-, minimum period 2 weeks

Low season March 1st - July 1st and September 1st - December 1st:

Week price: $ 500,- minimum period 2 weeks



* The rental prices are including $ 50,- per week for the use of water and electricity. The extra costs will be charged at the end of the rental period by meter reading. The price is based on 2 persons The apartment is equipped with enough linens and towels. But we recommend to take some beach towels with you.



Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, one phone call to the care- takers of the house, Rent House Aruba, is enough. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
